Navrachna’s vision is to work towards building an equitable society based on the principle of Humanism. Peace, Gender Justice and Empowerment. We believe that development is a continuous struggle to create a humane society, which sustain all human beings, as well as nature, where women, men and children enjoy universal human rights.
A humane society based on the values of equality, distributive justice and secularism is liberated from oppression on the basis of caste, class, creed, gender, age, ethnicity, language, is free from all forms of exploitation and violence; and demonstrates integrity and respect for democratic polity and processes.
Navrachna is dedicated to improve the quality of life of women, help them in their struggle against inequality, atrocities and social customs detrimental to fundamental rights of women.

Navrachna’s mission is to assist enhancing the capacity of people’s organisation for sustainable livelihood and community management of natural resources. We strive to create societies that are just equitable and sustainable by providing an integrating and humanizing direction to the phenomena of development.
Navrachna believes in the ability of people to achieve self-development and empowerment by working on a strong social and economic foundation. We believe that through an informal, flexible but systematic approach, communities can turn themselves into sustainable and self-reliable groups.
