HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT:
Ever since its establishment, we have been putting all our efforts for the development of human resources through diverse activities. Human resource being the core of all creation and axis to all development has been taken up first. As a consequence of relentless efforts, potentials are added to the community that eventually works to bring forth prosperity.
PEOPLE’S ORGANISATION:
Navrachna tries to buildup a collective framework that provides motivation for mobilization of rural people to 
initiate a process of change. The constant interactions with the rural community help them to organize and undertake collective actions to protect and build their own environment for social and economic benefits.
YOUTH MOBILISATION:
Youths are the foundation for change in social and economic scenarios. At this prime time of human life, they are very vibrant and have that sense of exhilaration among them. We must recognize that there is something in youths that hunger and thirsts after righteousness. Youths are fragile and have to be properly harnessed, to become a major force in nation-building in our effort towards youth development, we create awareness among them through Training, exposure, information sharing, etc. We mobilize the youth’s potential to make them self-reliant through resource conservation and generating rural livelihood employment opportunities.
RESEARCH AND DOCUMENTATION
Navrachna carries out Research and Documentation to create a database for proper planning of programs and updating training materials. We also document people’s perceptions, priorities, and strategies about resource conservation and management.
WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT:
Navrachna’s basic activities include the training of women in livelihood programs. The focus is specifically on integrating a gender perspective in the ongoing development interventions. We also try to inject boldness and leadership among rural women.
Workshops for Rural Women on Social Inequality are organised regularly. Various cases of injustice and exploitation of economically weaker working class women are also taken up.
SOCIAL ACTION:
Navrachna, celebrated year 2005 as ‘REJUVENATION OF RURAL GAMES’, comprising of series of sports and cultural activities keeping with the resolution of the UN General Assembly Such ‘Game for Change’ event will be organised every year to promote development and peace through sports and Culture.
ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS:
Global warming jeopardizes the balance of the whole Earth. Responsibilities for this lies with each of us Therefore in our activities we ensure on preserving and safeguarding the natural resource base by campaigning for afforestation, waste management, advocating for strategies aiming towards sustainable and climate friendly development. We also organize workshops to sensitize citizens to cooperate and associate in promoting use of renewable energy sources.
WORKERS COOPERATIVE:
Navrachna tries to promote Workers Cooperatives for Bamboo weavers and primary collectors of forest produce. We also provide entrepreneurial skills to develop innovative products and provide an alternative marketing support system to benefit the poor tribal producers and collectors.
Capacity Building:
The Capacity building of community organizations is done, where efforts are mainly for the promotion of local leadership, information gathering, alliance building, and networking and management of natural resources, health, and income generation programs.
